REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT;
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process;
- Good knowledge of different recruitment tools;
- Ability to plan and prioritize your time;
- Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment;
- Focus on the results;
- English - upper-intermediate and higher.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Successful closing of our vacancies;
- Active search of candidates, hunting;
- Ensuring a full recruitment cycle: pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' applications
- Preparation and support of Job Offers;
- Job postings on various job board sites (i.e. DOU, Linkedin, Bullhorn Reach)
