IT Recruiter

REQUIREMENTS 

• 2+ years of successful recruiting experience in IT;
• Understanding of full cycle recruitment process; 
• Good knowledge of different recruitment tools; 
• Ability to plan and prioritize your time;
• Flexibility and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment; 
• Focus on the results; 
• English - upper-intermediate and higher.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Successful closing of our vacancies; 
• Active search of candidates, hunting; 
• Ensuring a full recruitment cycle: pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates' applications
• Preparation and support of Job Offers;
• Job postings on various job board sites (i.e. DOU, Linkedin, Bullhorn Reach)
