Data Entry Specialist

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our growing Lviv office. This is a Data entry position that involves gathering and processing carrier invoice information.

Summary of essential job functions:

· Gather information regarding carrier invoices, and transfer data into Excel or our document management system

· Perform assigned duties in a professional and service-oriented manner with customers, carriers, and fellow employees

· Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data uploads to the Billing Department for customer invoicing and carrier payments

· Check all incoming freight bill requests and if needed direct documents for uploading.

· Other duties as required by business needs or as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

· PC proficient (Microsoft Office preferred)

· Good Excel skills

· Good typing skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment

· English level upper intermediate and above

• Morning shifts: 7/8am to 3/4pm Monday through Friday
