Finance Manager

Key responsibilities:

Your scope of responsibility will include development and maintenance of projects managed by our company.

• Daily control of Clients payments on time;

• Process bank statements on a daily basis (€ and $);

• Generation of client invoices;

• Preparation of pivot table for weekly payments, generation of Invoices in Billing section and making payments affiliates;

• Process Corporate Accounts Statements, reimbursements and invoices received from suppliers;

• Monthly Salary and Bonuses calculation;

• Quarterly Bonuses calculation;

• Analyze and fix the operational expenses on a monthly basis, accrue missing costs and report to the CFO/COO/CEO;

• Complete, prepare and publish regular monthly/annual financial statements;

• Oversee and be end-responsible for full and timely recording of all administrations, consolidation and all

• Necessary reports (P&L, balance statement);

• Design and oversee the execution of the company budget;

• Assist the CFO with various monthly and ad-hoc administrative tasks if necessary;

• Participate and assist on special projects like developing and implementing internal controls, cost;

• Reductions, organizational structure- and tax optimizations;

• Provide weekly statistical report of affiliate managers performance;

• Analyze affiliates registration data (affiliate profile, ip logins, payment systems etc);

• Create and make on weekly basis prepayment reports of affiliates payments;

• Helping with the set up and implementation of a new invoicing process and reimbursement system;

• Document management;

• Education and guiding new finance team members as well as deputing part of finance responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Experience in the relevant position from 1-year;

• English writing and communication skills on Intermediate level;

• Proficiency in Excel and Word;

• Organized and detail-oriented;

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask;

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities change daily.
