You are our perfect match if you have:

• An upper-intermediate level of English. You will communicate with our trusted partners and help them with all queries that they need to solve;
• An eye for details and strong analytical skills;
• Professional communication skills, people management, and task management skills;
• Experience in management of multiple projects/processes simultaneously;
• Demonstrated ability to manage people/processes, control, and report about it in a short term;
• Experience in the usage of several CRMs and analytical tools to operate the workflow process;
• Understanding of digital market specifics;
• Accuracy in documentation and payment processes.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Tracking, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials;
• Managing process in affiliate department: check reports, push the work-flow process, manage the tasks and keep affiliates working as a dream-team;
• Take initiative to keep up to date on the market and research tracking and maintain options;
• Performing and reporting set of KPIs and other metrics;
• Developing new working strategies and their implementation.
