Job brief

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer to be involved in Infrastructure build and management team for a diverse portfolio of Enterprise-level customers and management and the evolvement of a set of the DevOps tools within the company.

Required Skills:

Cloud platforms and services level:

• Understanding cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.);
• Knowledge in cloud technologies (e.g. WAF, CDN, etc.);
• Comprehension of cloud analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics, New Relic)

Operation system level:

• Good knowledge of Linux and its optimisation and security configuration (mandatory);
• Experience in setup and configuration of server software stack (e.g. Varnish, Nginx, PHP, etc.) (highly recommended);
• Docker in production environments (desired);

Monitoring and log consolidation

• Insight of ongoing automated monitoring of system-level parameters including CPU, disk space, etc.; versions of the system software in use and reporting and alerting based on the configured thresholds

• Experience of any distributed log consolidation and analysis system for operating system and application log files

Databases:

• Working knowledge of SQL (mandatory);
• Proficient in tunning of MySQL server for application optimisation (highly recommended).

Salary is negotiable and will depend on the experience of the applicant.
