Cleaning supervisor

For this supervisor job, you will work as a staff manager and be responsible for work of our facility staff abroad. The cleaning supervisor provides housekeeping, maintenance and hospitality services in major European cities. Dutchstar has experienced trainers who guide you during your first month. We give you the opportunity to learn and develop yourself. After 6 months you receive a salary raise.

Duties:

• Make and save photos under the appropriate files to help facilities schedule repairs
• Check the apartments after repair
• Check cleaning of our apartments
• Check cleaning quality of corridors, stairs, entrances of the building
• Providing full information of adjusting the schedule to facility
• Control work quality of our cleaners, craftsmen and drivers
• Notify facility if something is wrong to sent again somebody to clean
• Notify facility in massage about poor work by our staff
• Bachelor or master level education
• Good English language skills
• Good general computer skills (Word, Excel, Skype, email, etc.)
• 23-45 years old
• Personality: independent, strong will, focused and always in control
• Visa or biometric passport
• Polish speaking
• 1+ years work experience supervising people
• 1+ year experience at hotels
• Work phones with Internet card
