Facility manager

Dutchstar offers challenging jobs in a young & ambitious English-speaking team in international company. For this supervisor job, you will work as a staff dispatcher, and be responsible for scheduling & track the hours and locations of our facility staff abroad from Lviv. The supervised facility staff provides housekeeping, maintenance and hospitality services in major European cities. Dutchstar has experienced trainers who guide you during your first month. We give you the opportunity to learn and develop yourself. After 6 months you receive a salary raise.

Duties:

• Scheduling cleaning Lviv/Amsterdam/Krakow/Malta;
• Scheduling maintenance Lviv/Amsterdam/Krakow/Malta;
• Make sure a maintenance job is assigned to someone, make sure its checked by one of our local staff after the job, then authorize payment for the work;
• Make sure deposit is not paid back. Charge bigger-than-deposit-damage to card of guests;
• Making accounts in Interbooker, Skype, WhatsApp for new employees;
• Making full prepare of new apartments for rent (buying all there needed, decoration, maintenance, photos, full cleaning planning etc.)
• Preparing full files with information about the apartments (key tags, Wi-Fi, codes etc.
• Doing research and making online orders for equipment, we need in all countries.
• Keep track of damages (or missing keys) by guests;
• Charges, collection, recording and submission of metric counters for apartments in Lviv and preparing all calculations for accounting;
• Charge and order cleaning products for cleaners in Lviv and preparing all calculations for accounting;
• Audit and registration of purchases for maintenance in Lviv;
• Training new cleaners, maintenance, drivers;
• Controlling if everything was paid in the system;
• Report to your supervisor on weekly meeting about work for the previous week. And plans for the upcoming week;

Requirements:

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor or master level education
• Good English and Polish language skills
• Good general computer skills (Word, Excel, Skype, email, etc.)

Personal:

• 21-35 years old
• Personality: independent, strong will, focused and always in control
