Recruiting Coordinator (Logistics)

We are an American-based company with more than 10 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation in the USA, looking for a Recruiting Coordinatorto join our Odesa office team.

Essential job functions

• Assists with the administration and operations of the Recruiting department (emails, phone calls);
• Provides sourcing, screening, and reference checks for driver positions;
• Maintains a database of previous/ current and potential drivers, performs monthly cleanups of the current database by identifying inactive drivers;
• Conducts phone interviews with applicants; lead driver orientations;
• Engages in online presence by communicating with Customers and potential applicants via Online Chat Slack;
• Responds to Customer queries in a timely and accurate way;
• Identifies customer needs and recommends solutions;
• Gathers and analyzes customers feedback and reports to the management team;
• Provides meaningful information to encourage potential drivers to sign up with our company

Minimum requirements:

• Fluent in basic computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, Slack);
• Spoken English Upper-Intermediate/Advanced, good writing skills;
• Ability to work in a stress/paced environment;
• Ability to work in a team environment, and be a team player;
• Communication, self-organization, and leadership skills;
• Ability to learn quickly.

Working conditions:

• Evening shift: 15:30 — 23:30 from Monday to Friday;
