Digital Marketing Manager

The US-based company with a branch office in Odesa and Lviv is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Digital Marketer.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day marketing activities of the company;
• Analyzing your audience and defining their perceptions of your product, service or idea;
• Presenting ideas and strategies;
• Managing campaigns on social media;
• Develop the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives;
• Manage all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department;
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans;
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measure results;
• Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity;
• Prepare online and print marketing campaigns;
• Create a wide range of different marketing materials;
• Work closely with design agencies and assist with new product launches.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Marketing;
• Proven experience developing a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan;
• Translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies;
• Proficiency with online marketing including social media and content marketing;
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools;
• Excellent communication skills and networking ability
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively;
• Strong analytical and leadership skills(taking risks, driving change, and building trust);
• Domain Expertise(familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies)
• Persuasion Skills.
