We are looking for an extremely passionate and  skilled individual, experienced Content manager who will be working in a team of talented copywriters in an international Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

    Maintains team productivity by monitoring work load and throughput as well as coaching and motivating team members in order to reach performance goals for the team

    Act as a link between the US corporate office and the Odessa web content team to help propagate business needs, team goals, processes, and alignment between departments

    Enforcing employee adherence to department/location specific policies like managing team attendance and more

    Fostering a positive and motivated work environment as well developing employees in their professional growth

    Maintain staffing of the Odessa web content team

    Perform administrative duties, which will include but not limited to setting up reoccurring team meetings, distributing office supplies, and new team member orientation and setup.

    Be able to assist in work implementation during peak seasons

    Maintain functional and technical knowledge of processes and tools as well as be able to perform respective duties

Requirements

    Supervisory experience

    Experience working with large data sets and CMS systems

    Retail and ecommerce experience is a plus

    HTML & SQL experience is a plus

    Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel (experience with V-Lookup and Text formatting formulas)

    Comfort with software like Microsoft Outlook, Word, Workflow systems (i.e. Jira)

    Great English communications skills - be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written forms

    Strong project management and organizational skills - able to manage several complex projects simultaneously
