Hello!
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Lead generation manager for our Polish branch.
What you need to join us:
- 1+ year of relevant experience in IT companies or companies providing lead generation services
- English - Upper-Intermediate level
- Polish - Upper-Intermediate level
- Experience with Linkedin and/or Upwork platforms;
- Ability to analyse and compile ICP.
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding the principles of sales
Responsibilities:
- Generation of potential leads through Linkedin and other channels and tools
- Communication (written) with cold leads and turning them into warm ones
- Import of lead data into the CRM system;
- Close cooperation with the sales and marketing departments
- Launching outgoing campaigns to attract potential leads
- Testing new tools and approaches in lead generation
