Linkbuilder, Outreach Specialist

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, high level of writing English at least intermediate. Knowledge of any other European language will be a plus;
• 6+ months of relevant job experience using link-building skills;
• Strong knowledge of off-page SEO, Google Docs & Excel;
• Basic knowledge of copywriting and HTML/CSS;
• Ability to acquire and drive a consistent flow of backlinks;
• Familiarity with Ahrefs and any CRM system;
• Attention to details, self-motivation and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Being in line with the link building plans and requirements;
• Searching for and buying other Outreach resources databases, collecting our one;
• Audit of the client link profile;
• Sites analysis on which client competitors are hosted;
• Searching and analyzing blogs and websites for relevant link building opportunities, checking their quality «donors»;
• Crafting compelling outreach;
• Establishing contact with the owners of sites / blogs in order to post links, negotiation of the best conditions and price;
• Keeping outreach conversations fresh through regular follow-ups;
• Posting a guest post on specific topics potentially interesting for the site itself;
• Writing of technical tasks for content writers, quality control of articles with backlinks;
• Tracking compliance with all agreements;
• Report on progress on a daily basis.

Key Performance Indicators KPI’s:

• Quantity / Quality of Links Built;
• Quantity / Quality of websites added to our base, ready to collaborate.
