Our client is an international company, one of the leader in its segment under globally recognized brand names.
The company is looking for a Key Account Manager to influence company’s business, develop and support Key client relations (revenue, market share).
Duties:
- Establish and secure a new business and commercial set-up with key account customers on the Ukrainian market in line with the company’s Commercial strategy
- Responsible for delivering in the commercial agenda with key customers, achieving budgeted revenue, margin and balance of sales target with assigned customers
- Develop sales with existing customers and strengthen the market position
- Responsible for budget, target and forecast for assigned customers and secure ROI
- Plan and execute product launch according to market plan to achieve agreed target
- Optimize assortment and campaigns in line with distribution agreement and channel insights
- Together with marketing manager secure best in class marketing activation supporting the premium brand at customer level
- Key initiator for merchandising and training activities for the assigned customers aligned with marketing and business agenda
- Ensure compliance with antitrust law
- Close collaboration with other departments
The ideal candidate should possess characteristics:
- Experience in FMCG
- Product marketing experience
- Experience from working with KAs
- Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial atmosphere and a hands on problem solver
- Relationship builder, both internally and externally
- High level of energy and enthusiasm
- Proactive, flexible, stress resistant and able to work on own initiative
- Office/Google Suite - Advanced Excel skills
- Drive for the result
