Human Resources Specialist

Our client is an international FMCG company, leader in its segment. The company is rapidly growing to deliver on its mission and hiring a team of highly motivated and sharing values professionals to drive business in Ukraine.

 

Due to necessity to manage HR functions, built and maintain close relationships within the company and with third parties the company is looking for Human Resources Specialist.

 

On this role, this specialist will be reporting to People Director (Europe based) supporting with the deployment of the company HR strategy, enabling business success through human resources management. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for managers, employees and third parties.

 

His/Her responsibility would include but will not be limited to:

 

  • Provide operational HR support regarding contracts, policies, benefits & pay
  • Coordinate onboarding processes from perspective of personnel administration, payroll and benefits enrollment
  • Managing HR Services stakeholders - payroll provider, benefits providers, H&S training providers etc.
  • Coordinate employee life cycle personal documentation & procedures
  • Perform employee data management including internal systems, tracking deadlines and compliance
  • Manage relationships with the third-party payroll provider and other HR services providers
  • HC and HR Opex budgets vs actuals reconciliations and manage it in line with approved budget
  • Interface to governmental authorities, managing external and internal controls and audits
  • Defining organizational office space needs and manage on daily basis relationship with office developer / partner to ensure right quality of service
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and be responsible for organizing HR events (onboarding, team meetings)

 

Ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:

 

  • Relevant experience in a similar position in an international company
  • Good practical understanding of employment law  
  • Hand-on knowledge of payroll, social security and tax regulations
  • Experience of maintaining personnel files and personnel administration
  • Working knowledge or HR software (desirable)
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 
  • Can-do, proactive and problem-solving attitude 
  • Assertive in a positive way
  • Good written and spoken English
