Our client is a Ukrainian company, one of the TOP3 leaders in its segment, which offers a full range of professional services with an internationally oriented practice. The company constantly improves its business and changes the structure and approaches to business necessary to maintain leadership positions and further increase the sales volume and margin.

 

To accomplish the tasks set, it is necessary to attract an experienced and personally mature Business Development Manager who can improve a sales system that will bring additional new contacts, new customers, increase the level of repeat purchases, and cross-sales between practitioners and thus generates incremental sales growth.

 

In this position, you will be reporting to СЕО and your responsibility would include:

 

Main purpose of the job:

Create a sales system that will attract new customers, increase cross sales and will not lose current customers

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales strategy for new customers (Incremental sales volume)
  • Analyze the market, carry out customer segmentation by size, cooperation potential, the need of specific services, etc. for further sales to target customers
  • Manage the CRM system, create understandable and convenient rules for working in the system for all company employees involved in the sale of company services
  • Using the analysis, determine the target groups of clients and contact persons in the structures that can be contacted on their own, transfer them on study of practice leaders or invite them to events organized by marketing
  • Analyze cross-selling opportunities and make necessary contacts
  • Work closely with the marketing department
  • Interact with Partners and practice leaders to organize more efficient processing of existing contacts, as well as to systematize information about current and potential customers within the company
  • Identify and implement additional opportunities for cross-selling, using the contacts and knowledge of partners
  • Communicate with all decision-makers on issues of increasing the sales level and involve them in ideas about a new sales system

 

The ideal candidate should possess characteristics:

 

  • Mature candidate who can interact daily with all managers in the organization
  • Ability to lead process to the result and involve those on whom it depends
  • Focus on achieving results through building system work
  • Systematic and analytical approach
  • Open to new approaches and solutions
  • Negotiation skills

 

Preferable experience and education:

 

  • Higher education - economics, finance, law
  • Advanced English
  • Experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in market analysis and building a list of target companies
  • Experience in complex and technological organizations with a high level of knowledge
