Описание вакансии

Our client is an international trading company with its own wide sales network across Ukraine is looking for the Head of HR.

On this role, Head of HR will be reporting to General Manager and his responsibility would include but will not be limited to:

  • Help ensure that the company achieves its corporate objectives and makes the best use of its employees by developing and maintaining innovative, effective and forward-looking HR strategies, practices and procedures
  • Lead all the key HR processes, such as Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Employee Relations
  • Define and Implement new HR system
  • Identify needs and provide personnel training and development
  • Develop and maintain a remuneration strategy and appropriate terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company is able to attract, retain and motivate staff
  • Develop a system of internal communications that will allow all employees to be informed about values, plans and trends in the development of the company
  • Consult and mentor to business units' leadership team, HR partnering, provide expertise and guidance to employees at all levels
  • Develop and monitor the personnel budget to ensure that personnel services and provided at the appropriate level consistent with the attainment of the company's corporate objectives

Ideal candidate should possess the following characteristics:

  • Mature, experienced, versatile knowledge to work with the management team
  • Proactive approach
  • The desire to create and improve processes in the organization
  • Independence in the implementation of the tasks
  • The ability to effectively communicate, persuade, defend the interests of the company, as well as to feel the general atmosphere in the company and identify any problems in the team in time
  • The ability to manage staff, leadership skills
  • Involve, lead, support, educate
  • Ability to work with conflict situations, conducting mediations, skills of conducting difficult negotiations and be prepared to make difficult choices
  • Fluent English
