Reason of being - Mission:

Solution and prevention of customer issues and problems

Areas of job responsibility:

  • Receiving, registering and further translation (if necessary) of the Client's personal requests (calls, e-mail, electronic applications, faxes);
  • Presentation of the company, sending of survey letters, tariffs, travel schemes and other general information, providing logistical information on the product (availability, prices, terms) at Client's request;
  • Making commercial offers (CP), billing;
  • Provision of financial information at the Client's request (analysis and control of the Client's credit line, drawing up a balance, informing the Client about the impossibility of shipment in case of problems with the credit line);
  • Provision of information on the status of the order, terms of readiness for shipment, conditions of payment, as well as other logistical information, acceleration of shipment on special request;
  • Analysis of possible problems in placed orders and interaction with other divisions of the company to resolve these problems (inventory results, problems with sourcing from the supplier, blocking / unblocking orders);
  • Changes in customer cards;
  • Processing of claims on quantity and quality, control over delivery time;
  • Procedure for reviewing return and redemption applications;
  • Correction, cancellation, submission of duplicate shipping documents;
  • Interaction with other divisions of the company in order to obtain the information necessary to respond to the Client.

Major Skills and Knowledge:

  • Possession of general information about the SE company (contacts, websites, organizational structure, products, customers, suppliers)
  • Ability to listen to the Client and analyze the information provided
  • Business writing and telephone communication skills
  • Communicativeness and politeness
  • Stress tolerance and conflict management
  • Knowledge of SAP (bFO, CRM) (will be +)
  • basic кnowledge PC programs and Microsoft Office
  • English – intermediate  
  • Experience with clients, with financial documentation, basic ideas about logistics flows
  • Communication skills, competent spoken and written speech
