It's 12-month fast-track to permanent position and further career in Trade Marketing, Sales or Logistics field in Ukraine or beyond intended for high-potential students.

Our Trainee Program will help you to develop good commercial skills, understanding of the FMCG market, shoppers behaviors and how Colgate Sales and Trade Marketing work together to achieve outstanding business results.

For your safety, following the corporate value of the company - caring for people, during the quarantine we conduct interviews online/by phone. Take care of yourself and Keep On Smiling!)

During our program we will give you:

• introduction to our corporate history, values and culture, how our departments work and collaborate and how our business processes look like
• short term assignment in Sales department to give understanding the ways we work in different retail environments
• interesting projects in Retail Marketing, Logistics and Financial departments with real impact on Colgate business
• experienced Mentor to support your business dive and professional development
• business trips within and beyond Ukraine

If you...

• speak English (level not less than upper-intermediate)
• have a university master or bachelor degree
• can work full time
