Middle / Senior Data Analyst for Inception XR project

About Inception:
Inception is an XR content powerhouse. We use next generation technology to create and distribute apps across multiple platforms and content categories, in a highly scalable and cost-effective way

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Data Analyst role
- Experience in end-to-end work from defining the question, gathering the data until drawing data/business-relevant conclusions
- Experience with popular analytics tools used for mobile applications (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, creative, organized, and a quick learner
- Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Upper-intermediate level of English

Would be a plus:
- Experience using experimentation to analyze the impact of new features (A/B experimentation)
- Experience in creating prediction models for mobile products
- Experience with mobile gaming applications
- Excellent SQL skills and experience in at least one scripting language
- Experience with configuring systems and integrations, such as the connection between Facebook and AppsFlyer.

Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end analysis requests, from initial definition of needs to data visualization and presentation to the team
- Review current events and define new events to track and analyze user behavior
- Create a product measurement framework to identify key bottlenecks in the user journey and improve conversions
- Work with the product team to measure how key product features are performing
- Help the product team to prioritize roadmap based on data analysis
- Conduct experiments to evaluate the impact of new product features
- Create, maintain and improve dashboards to share information seamlessly
- Identify data gaps and translate requirements into a technical brief
- Collaborate with engineers to improve data availability, integrity, accuracy, and reliability
