Back-end Java developer

We are looking for Java Developer who will join our international team with office in Vinnytsa.

Responsibilities:

• Create solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java based components and interfaces and microservices architecture
• Participate in the development effort of web services, Design and develop Rest based Web services, Develop JSON schema designs serving a front-end secured chat and file sharing web application
• Contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms and systems

About you:

• 2+ years demonstrated experience in developing web applications using two or more of these technologies - Java, Servlets, Spring, database interactions and related testing tools/methodologies
• Experience working on Document Databases specifically MongoDB
• Experience working on Messaging systems such as Kafka
• Experience integrating Java applications with other systems using Rest/Soap APIs
• Experience with source control and build tools
• Experience with Agile practice, daily Stand-Ups and accountability to the software development team and development timelines
• Good written and verbal communication skills. English language is a must

Basic qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Spring
• 2+ years of experience in Rest

Advantage:

• Experience with testing tools for Java, Unit-Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing and Test Driven Coding practice
• Experience with web security
• Experience with C/C++
