Office manager

Betbull is a well-funded company, developing next-generation mobile-first sports betting platform with innovative social and gamified experience.

We are looking for a responsible office manager with high self-organization to our new office in Kyiv, Unit city location.

Requirement:

• English Intermediate (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google drive);
• Good communication skills;
• Attentiveness, responsible attitude to work;
• High level of self-organization.

Responsibilities:

• Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment;
• Work with the post office (preparing and disseminating correspondence);
• Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs;
• Organization of corporate meetups and events;
• Answer calls and give information to callers, take messages, transfer calls to appropriate individuals;
• Provide general support to visitors.
