IT Project Manager

Softensy is software development company specified on Fintech development, Mobile and ERP/CRM applications, chatbots and AI/ML solutions for bank and financial institution. And we are looking for a Project Manager.

Requirements:

• 2+ years working experience as a project manager
• Experience in IT or financial industry background is preferable
• Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
• Confident use of JIRA
• Understanding the software development cycle and testing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including effective facilitation of, and participation in meetings
• Good people management skills
• High motivation, determination and proactivity
• Independent working capability and highly responsible, self-starter
• Strong analytical skills and attentiveness to details
• Project control (scope, deadlines, budget)
• Knowledge of English

Responsibility:

• Working closely with the team to manage the day-to-day work progress and possible deviations
• Distribution of tasks within the team, process monitoring
• Project evaluation, initiation, planning, execution and controlling.
• Promptly respond to problems, make necessary changes to processes
• Working on planning and reporting of the iteration results
• Maintain documentation project
