Vendors Support Specialist

YouTeam is a Y Combinator-backed startup that is building a marketplace for hiring top-quality software engineers from vetted agencies around the world.

We are looking for a new Vendors Support Specialist to join the team and help us turn the $300-billion IT outsourcing industry upside-down.

YouTeam provides a safe environment where a pro-active person will be able to utilize all resources to achieve the result. 

Key areas of responsibility:

• Inbound: managing the process of new requests from prospective vendors partners;
• Managing the vetting procedure for new and prospective vendor partners;
• Managing the on-boarding process for all new partners;
• Managing the support processes for all existing partners;
• Keeping track and analyzing department statistics;
• Communicating to and translating feedback from partners to other departments, including business units, product and development departments;
• Representing the interests of partners in internal communication with other team members;
• Education: driving and supporting the initiatives that improve communication of YouTeam platform policies and values to all partners;
• Education: coordinating and organizing community events or meet-ups for partners;
• Marketing: collaborating closely with the marketing department on partner communication campaigns and growing the YouTeam brand as a leading solution for assembling remote development teams;
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• B2/C1 English (written and spoken);
• 6+ months of proven experience in IT outsourcing business, understanding of its processes;
• Accuracy in keeping track of commitments, transparency in status reporting, timely reminding about changes;
• Strong communication skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions;
• Service-oriented approach;
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (preferably Intercom) would be a plus;
• Knowledge of MS Office tools and it's online analogs - Google Docs or Office 365.
