API Integrations Manager

ExpoPlatform is a UK-based company founded in 2013, a service provider of more than 30 multinational businesses worldwide (SAAS). Representative offices are located in Italy, Colombia, UAE, India, and Ukraine. ExpoPlatform`s technology is a complete Networking and turnkey Event Management System, that provides a suite of solutions for event organizers (including registration, attendee management, event website builder, budgeting system, conference/session/speaker management, floor plan, and venue management) as well as a user-friendly social media type of networking for attendees (delegates, exhibitors/sponsors/speakers) and mobile apps.

As an API Integrations Manager, you will manage API integration projects for our global event platform in this role. You will work with show organizers, customers, and partners to create new integrations and improve existing ones based on specific requirements. Collaborating with our API and technical teams, you will elicit requirements, brainstorm solutions, and support all project phases, from scoping to implementation and post-implementation review. By capturing learnings, you will continuously enhance the integrations.

Responsibilities we will trust you with:

Collaborate with customers and integration partners on technical architecture, ensuring fast and compliant data delivery.
Evaluate integration possibilities, review technical API architectures, and determine feasibility.
Prioritize and manage integrations, meeting customer deadlines.
Deliver data integrations to simplify platform usage and enable automated data delivery.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for integration capabilities, clarifying needs, and documenting parameters.
Improve API frameworks, enhancing accessibility and usability.
Provide timely customer service and support for integrations.
Implement and refine integration processes.
Communicate enhancement opportunities to the development team.

Skills we would like you to bring to the team:

Bachelor's Degree (technical certifications a plus).
1-2 years of experience in large-scale integrations, APIs, and technical project management.
Strong understanding of web service architecture, RESTful APIs, Postman, authentication protocols, JavaScript, JSON, and XML.
Proficiency in Python.
Knowledge of web-based user interface structure, including HTML, CSS, URLs, and parameters.
Familiarity with PHP, SQL, IQL, GDPR, and privacy regulations.
Understanding of information security protocols and best practices.
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle global clients and travel as required.
Strong project management, organization, and attention to detail.
