Office Administrator

Now we are looking for Office Administrator to join our friendly team and continue to provide high-standards working environment to the Kyiv team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high quality of the working environment in the office
• Coordinate office supply with beverages/food, stationery, etc.
• Process incoming calls, documents, invoices, collect and pass documents to the accounting department.
• Communicate with Global facilities, finance departments. Process incoming emails, prepare forms for procurement.
• Arrange team events, parties
• Help to accommodate visitors from foreign offices
• Coordinate office fixes, repairs with the Business Center services group

Skills & Experience:

• Highly desired experience in the similar role at the local branch of the International Company
• Attitude and passion to make the office as "second home" is a must
  
• Strong English language communication skills (Intermediate level and higher)
• Advanced Computer user.  Knowledge of the Office Software, Internet
