Legal advisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• degree in Law;
• experience in incorporation and support of the activities of foreign companies, payment accounts opening abroad, obtaining licenses;
• knowledge of corporate, tax, intellectual property legislation;
• experience of cooperation with state and controlling bodies;
• independence, initiative, scrupulousness at work, attention to details;
• skills in developing and carrying out legal revision of draft contracts, as well as drawing up legal conclusions;
• ability to work in a team;
• fluent English (Upper Intermediate+, legal English)

TASKS:

• legal support of the company’s activities in the sphere of IT (contractual work, legal research, responses to written requests, obtaining permits, corporate relations);
• legal support for the development of the company’s products and processes;
• representation of the company’s interests while cooperating with state bodies, organizations, enterprises, individuals, mainly foreign ones;
