Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English verbal and written
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• The great knowledge base of most popular project management methodologies (i.e. Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
• Advanced knowledge in digital marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC, etc)
• Project management experience in I.T. minimum 1 year
• Experience working with the USA market

Optional Requirements (Plus):

• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or marketing and management.
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
• Any PM, AM certification
• Business & IT strategy experience
• Experience in digital marketing (SEO, SMO, PPC, etc)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget
• Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
• Daily verbal and written communication with customers, team, and leads.
• Manage the relationship with the client (The goal is to become a best friend with each client)
• Hiring new talents in the team with recruiters
• Analyze business processes and website activities for improvements

Work specifics:

• Working days Monday-Friday
• Working hours: 17:00 - 01:00 Kyiv time (10.00 am - 6.00 pm EST)
