Partner Operations Manager

Terrasoft Ukraine, an enterprise software company leading in the space of business process automation and CRM, is looking for an Operations Manager to Partner Sales Department responsible for business process development and partner operation management. ABOUT THE ROLE: 
Terrasoft Ukraine is looking for a skilled Partner Operations Manager who will own partners' onboarding process making their experience smooth and effective. In this position, you will also coordinate training and certification processes. Your main goal will be to ensure the support and proper development of the company's partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support our partners through their partnership lifecycle
• Coordinate the onboarding plan for new partners
• Coordinate training & certification initiatives between Sales and Academy teams
• Analyze the channel partner metrics to track performance
• Enhance workflow processes, business analysis for the partnership management team

TARGET CANDIDATE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Fluent English is a must, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• 1+ years of working experience ideally in software or IT company
• Higher education degree
• Successful background in sales processes analytics
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with CRM software preferred
