Partner marketing manager

Bpm'online, a global business software company leading in the space of business process automation and CRM, is looking for a high-energy Partner Marketing Manager that can balance strategic thinking with the best-in-class tactical execution to join bpm'online's marketing team.

The role is focused on growth of awareness and customer database for our innovative CRM solution through a global channel network.We're excited about marketers who have a strong execution orientation and know how to create value in a cross-functional, fast-paced and high performing team.

Location: Kyiv.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contribute to channel network development strategy and ensure best-in-class execution of the strategy
• Conduct marketing enablement sessions and regular meetings with partner network
• Hold regular webinars to distribute company news and updates to the channel network
• Control effective marketing communications by partners including the partner website, print communication, and advertising
• Assist partners in launching marketing campaigns in their regions
• Planning, evaluating and conducting joint marketing activities with partners
• Develop and update marketing kit in order to communicate brand messages and available marketing tools to partners effectively
• Create and maintain a portfolio of partner profiles and partner success stories
• Analyse the effectiveness of all marketing efforts
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations to track progress and reporting on lead generation, conversion, and win/loss
• Serve as marketing generalist, stewarding consumer insights, industry trends, innovation

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• 1+ years marketing experience
• Master's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
• English - Advanced level
• B2B marketing experience and passion for IT, software, tech, B2B internet products
• Campaign development and implementation skills
• Expert in Internet and social media strategy with a demonstrated track record
• PR and communication skills
• Team player who has a persistent commitment to excellent collaboration across teams
• Effective in dynamic, high-growth, fast paced environments
