Vacancy: Corporate Finance Manager

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Requirements:

• Professional finance qualification, Masters in finance or equivalent
• Experience in the similar department of in bank
• Excellent understanding of corporate financing principles and techniques, financial instruments (letters of credit, guarantees)
• Strong analytical and inter-personal skills
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and to deal and resolve conflicting interests, both internally and with external parties, excellent team player

Responsibilities:

• Structuring loans and support of credit agreements
• Loan application process organization, preparation of documents and communication with banks, insurance companies
