Lawyer

Key tasks:

• Preparation of legal opinions and otherwise advising customer on various legal matters: Business, Corporate, Tax, Labour, Civil law etc.
• Legal support of business activities of the company.
• To control information security in Company (compliance control NDA).
• Consulting to obtain work with residence permits for employees in Ukraine with Crimea, Donetsk registration.
• Professional response to non-standard requests
• Developing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other corporate documentation.

Knowledge and skills:

• Master degree in law.
  
• 3+ years of experience in a relevant position.
• Fundamental theoretical training in law, strong research skills.
• Written English is a must (not less than Upper-intermediate).
  
• Good knowledge intellectual and copyright law.
• Legal support of PE cooperation (PE registration according to Ukrainian legislation).
• Critical and structured thinking, creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to contribute individually as well as part of a team, good communicative and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude.
• Strong attention to detail.
