Office Manager

Advertising and PR Services

    What you'll be doing:

    • Full procurement cycle of different types of goods (tea, cookies, candies, equipment, and tools needed for work, etc);
    • Maintaining office: manage repairmen, cleaning lady, utility bills, rent;
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, including food and kitchen supplies; check stock to determine inventory levels and purchase supplies as needed; verify receipt of supplies;
    • Manage our office-space operations, including vendor relationships, ongoing improvements to space;
    • Managing the rooms (making sure that they're always tidy and ready for presentations/ interviews/ meetings);
    • Process all expenses, completing expense tracking sheets and attaching required receipts, approvals, and other documentation;
    • Manage inventory checking of all office furniture and equipment.


    You will be of a great asset if:

    • you have work experience in similar positions for at least 1 years;
    • you possess Upper-Intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
    • you have excellent communication, problem-solving and decision making skills; ability to prioritize tasks;
    • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, you are able to manage multiple schedules and office operations with enthusiasm;
    • stress resistance and work under pressure are what you can easily demonstrate.
