Key tasks:
- Develop an affiliate sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet business targets;
- Responsible for seasonal planning, partner outreach, market positioning and branding;
- Inspire, lead and motivate the team;
- Be an industry thought leader, be up to date on the latest trends & technologies, sharing this knowledge with the rest of the team and the wider business;
- Design incentive plans to push strategic agenda;
- Work with stakeholders across the business to improve customer engagement, client offerings, and profitability;
- In-depth reporting & analysis.
Knowledge and skills:
- Proven management experience (preferably within performance marketing/account management);
- 3+ years of affiliate marketing experience (preferably iGaming, trading, dating);
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRM, email, push and display channels;
- Inspirational leadership style with an entrepreneurial mindset;
- Analytical & data driven, excellent written, communication skills, public speaking.
