Recruiter

Binariks is looking for a Recruiter for non-delivery positions to join our hiring team. We are persistent and purposeful achievers who are looking for the same one to achieve goals, build strong relationships with candidates and drive company growth together.

Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment processes for non-delivery positions including sourcing, contacting, interviewing, background checks, selection, and hiring

• Formation of recruitment scenarios for hiring interns

• Full-cycle recruitment processes for trainee candidates

• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.

• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions

• Assessing applicants; knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions

• Review and understand technical job requirements

• Maintain relationships with candidates and build a strong passive pipeline

Required Skills and Experience:

• Desire to develop in recruitment

• Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines

• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses; verifying references.

• Conduct pre-interviewing of candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references

• Initiate screening of candidates and facilitate effective and close communication between Candidates, Technical Experts and Hiring Managers

• Maintain and update applicant records in the applicant tracking system

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Intermediate Strong level of English
