DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Planning
Develop overall project implementation strategy for the remaining period (1 year), systems, approaches, tools, and materials. Plan the various stages of project implementation and set direction by prioritizing and organizing activities and resources to achieve project objectives
2. Project Implementation Follow-up
Oversee and manage the timely implementation of the projects ensuring that technical quality and standards are considered and respected during project(s) implementation. Ensure budget utilization and physical target achievements are reviewed at least once a month as per work plan
3. Financial, and Operational Management of Project Implementation
Ensure appropriate record keeping, and transparent financial and logistical planning and management of the projects under his/her supervision.
Manage project teams and recruitment as necessary.
Ensure compliance with ACTED security policies during project implementation.
4. External Relations
Ensure appropriate community outreach; coordination with local authorities and coordination groups (FSL Cluster/CWG).
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years’ experience in humanitarian aid in a management position.
Experience in management of economic security program
Fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian.
Data management skills (Excel etc.).
High level of flexibility and motivation.
