Client Support Representative

Required skills

Upper-intermediate/advanced level of English is a must;

ability to work in evening and night shifts;

Confident PC user. Good knowledge of MS Office;

Objectivity and the ability to analyze facts. Logical thought processes in approaching issues;

Ability to follow workflow;

Accuracy in logging and documenting your own work;

As a plus

Regular practice of communication with English speakers;

Education in the field of PR and Communication;

Ability to identify connections between issues;

Experience with Jira, Confluence;

Responsibilities

Your role will involve working shifts (evenings and nights) as first-line support for our 24/7 Technical Operations department, voice and text communication with clients, user management, troubleshooting of client claims and issue escalation.
