Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• Degree in Law;
• 2+ years of experience in incorporation (support of the activities of foreign companies will be a plus);
• Good command of English (Upper Intermediate is a must);
• Perfect communication skills;
• Great desire to learn and improve your professional skills;

Tasks:

• Legal support of economic activities of legal entities;
• Contract work;
• Regular monitoring of clients' counterparties;
• Providing legal consultations in written form;
• Preparation of statutory documents and registration actions;
• Representation of company’s interests in state and local government bodies;
• Leading projects of minor complexity independently;
