CFO/Finance Director

Leobit (leobit.com) is a full-cycle web and mobile application development provider for the technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU (Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, and others). Our technology focus covers .Net, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from the Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

Leobit has a representative office in Austin, TX, and a development centre in Lviv, Ukraine with 100+ strong software engineers, architects, quality control experts, and UI/UX designers available for outsourced development or team extension projects, as well as for technical application maintenance and support.

We are looking for a CFO/Finance Director to join our team.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience in senior financial management positions

• Previous experience on CFO/Finance Director position (would be a plus)

• Previous Financial, Asset Management and Financial Controlling experience in is required (would be a plus)

• Fin management experience of multiple Ukrainian and foreign entities (f. e. US, Estonia, Malta) - would be a plus

• Proven successful experience in financial processes/systems design and improvement

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and functions, charts etc.)

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software

• Experience with OLAP-based reporting systems

• Exceptional communication skills

• Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Professional certification (CAP/CIPA, ACCA, DipfRus or others)

• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

• Level of English: Intermediate (at least)

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a financial controlling system

• Build an OLAP based financial management system with GM breakdown by Month, Units, Accounts & Employees

• Lead and develop finance & accounting teams

• Manage external financial companies responsible for Ukrainian and foreign legal entities

• Ownership of accounting and financial management processes for Ukrainian and foreign LLCs

• Create and implement a financial strategy of the company

• Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks

• Develop, implement and update financial policies and procedures

• Ensure corporate budgeting processes are followed

• Cooperate with external auditors to create a stable model of finance and legal structure of the company

• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

• Oversee all audit and internal control operations

• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions

• Cooperate with government agencies, tax authorities, auditors and other parties to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
