IT Project Manager

Leobit (leobit.co) is a full cycle web and mobile application development provider for the technology companies and startups primarily located in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, and the EU (Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, and others). Our technology focus covers .Net, Angular, iOS, Android, Ruby, React, and a comprehensive range of other technologies from the Microsoft, Web, and Mobile Stacks.

Leobit has a representative office in Austin, TX, and a development center in Lviv, Ukraine with 100+ strong software engineers, architects, quality control experts, and UI/UX designers available for outsourced development or team extension projects, as well as for technical application maintenance and support.

We are looking for Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage several, small to mid-sized, and moderate to complex projects

• Determine methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) that best fit a given project; implement and support all necessary processes to ensure efficient project management

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget

• Implement and supports proper project life-cycle processes and workflows

• Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables

• Create and maintain project management documentation and revise as appropriate

• Implement and use project management metrics with a goal to reach and maintain the best performance

• Сontinually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships

• Continuously analyze client needs from business opportunities perspective and suggest profitable solutions for both customers and the company.

• Build and maintain project(s) team structure to meet project(s) goals and objectives

• Plan rotations, new staffing and participate in interview with candidates

• Define, analyze, and manage risks

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects and accounts

Requirements:

• At least two years of proven experience in project management

• Experience with managing several project teams simultaneously (would be a plus)

• Hands-on experience with project planning and estimation

• Deep understanding of SDLC and project management methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication, conflict management and negotiation skills

• Professional certification (PMP\PMI-ACP\Princ2) (would be a plus)

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science or similar

• Level of English: Upper- intermediate
