GeeksForLess is constantly developing and now looking for Junior HR who wants to join our team.
Requirements:
- Understanding software development company functioning;
- Strong desire to learn about talent management and development;
- Knowledge and understanding of all HR functions;
- Analytical and goal-oriented approach;
- Coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills;
- Desire to be an empathetic friend to the team;
- Experience in HR or similar sphere will be a plus;
- Good command of the English language is a plus.
Challenges you’ll meet:
- Various office-management tasks;
- Doing processes connected to adaptation of new employees;
- Conducting 1:1 with employees to assess job satisfaction in the company;
- Drive a culture of continuous development and professional growth within the company;
- Implement HR best practices within all areas of the company;
- Collaborate with other team members on the implementation of plans and policies;
