Requirements:

•  Understanding software development company functioning;
•  Strong desire to learn about talent management and development;
•  Knowledge and understanding of all HR functions;
•  Analytical and goal-oriented approach;
•  Coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills;
•  Desire to be an empathetic friend to the team;
•  Experience in HR or similar sphere will be a plus;
•  Good command of the English language is a plus.
