Вимоги:
- Experience in GNU/Linux OS advanced troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the Linux kernel and kernel modules;
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, network, OSI Models, firewall;
- Knowledge of general networking practices/protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), SSH, FTP, SMTP, IMAP, POP);
- Experience installing and configuring Linux workstations and servers, especially some major Linux distributions, Ubuntu, CentOS;
- Familiar with Database like MySQL, PostgreSQL;
- Basic understanding of bash scripting;
- Ability to identify and remedy hardware and software failures;
- English skills, both written and verbal, not less than intermediate.
Обов'язки:
- Troubleshoot technical issues (email, web, database, fax) via the tickets system;
- Installing, configuring and maintaining the Linux servers;
- Maintaining the network environment as well as the health of the network and servers;
- Proactively deal with network monitoring alerts;
- Ability to work with Linux-friendly applications and able to troubleshoot it when an issue arises from the server;
- Upgrading the software installed on the server, including upgrading virus software and code upgrades;
- Readiness for on-call schedule and flexible shift;
- Communication with Senior Teams from different countries in order to resolve different issues.
