Technical Support Specialist

Project description:

The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via chat, email and ticketing systems. Only Mykoliav or Lviv.

Main Responsibilities:

• Providing first contact resolution when dealing with the customer via numerous channels (emails, chats, tickets);
• helping to understand peculiarities of services offered and assisting to select the most appropriate solution for the customer; 
• tackling website related issues dealing with PHP, MySQL, MSSQL and other services configurations; 
• assisting on troubleshooting and resolving email related issues; 
• helping to determine a Registrar of the customers' domain and if needed assisting with transferring in/out; 
• resolving DNS related queries; 
• guiding the customer through Administrative Portals (cPanel, Portal, Control Panel); 
• creating tickets for further investigation when such cases should be escalated to Technology Departments or any other corresponding Team

Mandatory Requirements:

• basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
• understanding of MySQL and FTP functionality;
• good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
• attention to details;
• good written and spoken English;
• multi-tasking capabilities;
• Ukrainian citizenship (applicants with a temporary resistance permit will be rejected)
