Project description:
The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via chat, email and ticketing systems. Only Mykoliav or Lviv.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing first contact resolution when dealing with the customer via numerous channels (emails, chats, tickets);
- helping to understand peculiarities of services offered and assisting to select the most appropriate solution for the customer;
- tackling website related issues dealing with PHP, MySQL, MSSQL and other services configurations;
- assisting on troubleshooting and resolving email related issues;
- helping to determine a Registrar of the customers' domain and if needed assisting with transferring in/out;
- resolving DNS related queries;
- guiding the customer through Administrative Portals (cPanel, Portal, Control Panel);
- creating tickets for further investigation when such cases should be escalated to Technology Departments or any other corresponding Team
Mandatory Requirements:
- basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
- understanding of MySQL and FTP functionality;
- good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills;
- attention to details;
- good written and spoken English;
- multi-tasking capabilities;
- Ukrainian citizenship (applicants with a temporary resistance permit will be rejected)
