English teacher

Required skills:

• Experience in teaching groups of adult learners;
• Extensive experience in teaching Business English;
• Experience in course development (Customer Interview, Listening Skills, Writing Skills, Presentations, Idioms, etc.);
• ESL Certificate (e.g. CELTA);
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word — confident user);
• Knowledge of online gamification tools.

Will be a plus:

• CPE/IELTS/TOEFL;
• Delta;
• Experience in IT sector.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with HR department to conduct needs analysis of necessary courses/lessons for the employees
• Delivering high-quality lessons (average of 20 teaching hours per week);
• Helping recruiters to assess English level of interviewees (productive skills)
• Conducting English assessment for the employees (Speaking and Writing), following the standard assessment procedure;
• Running one-time classes like Conversation clubs (Grammar lab, Video class, etc. — the teacher is welcome to share his/her ideas);
• Occasional help with translation/proofreading for other departments.
