Office Manager
The main goal of an Office Manager is to ensure that the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
Job responsibilities:
Overseeing general office operations.
Greeting visitors, answering of incoming phone calls.
Coordinating appointments and meetings.
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Producing reports, composing correspondence.
Assist with general administrative duties .
Requirements:
Previous office management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of individuals across all organizational levels.
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
Attention to details.
Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google products.
