Hard skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of business analysis and requirements management basics;
• Experience in working with the development team, executives and top management, and customers within a product company;
• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements specification documentation;
• Experience in creating UML diagrams and requirements gathering;
• Attention to details, the ability to competently collect and transform unstructured information into clear requirements;
• English language level should be upper-intermediate and/or above.

Nice to have: 

• Experience in prototyping user interfaces (Axure, inVision, Balsamiq, etc.);
• Experience in working with gaming-related projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Daily communication with Product Owners in order to gather high-level requirements from them;
• Putting these high-level requirements into known formats, including but not limited to: user stories, use cases, user flow diagrams, requirements specification;
• Controlling requirements communication level: development team should not have any questions related to your requirements;
• Requirements management in Confluence;
• Task management in JIRA;
• Creating documentation, including but not limited to: release notes, internal articles for developers, and more;
• Interaction with development team and cross-team communication.
