System Administrator (HelpDesk)
Welcome to the DMARKET team! DMARKET is an in-game item trading platform. It is enabling secure buying, selling, and trading of in-game items, to help developers attract more players, make more money, and increase the lifetime value of their game.
Job Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience in the same position;
- Knowledge of Linux Ubuntu, Windows 10, MacOS;
- Work experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN);
- Good understanding of work principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP;
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, WSUS, WDS;
- Understanding of the model OSI;
- The ability to configure network equipment Mikrotik, Cisco, etc.;
- Knowledge of software (Microsoft Office, email clients, RDP, antivirus programs, etc.).
Will be a plus:
- Database MongoDB, MySQL;
- Understanding of Jira/Confluence;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to multitask;
- Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Support and maintenance of existing company infrastructure;
- Participation in the arrangement of workplaces: setup, connection, installation of applications;
- Monitoring and managing IT systems;
- Primary diagnostics of equipment malfunctions, ensuring the operability and safety of the company's network;
- Setting up and maintenance of peripheral equipment, service;
- Inventory of IT equipment;
- Setting up servers and network equipment;
- Prompt troubleshooting.
