Enterprise Information Management MDM Architect

The EIM MDM Architect will assists the EIM MDM Manager in designing and enhancing the data quality component of the Enterprise Solution Architecture. The position will collaborate with other EIM pillars (Delivery, Integration Governance and Operations and Services) to understand data quality requirements. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Participates along with other EIM MDM Architects in the development of the enterprise MDM data model;
• Configures Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) tools to perform as required by data quality designs;
• Collaborates with data owners and business analysts to:
• Evaluates and recommends new and emerging data quality technologies, methodologies and standards;
• Ensures consistency and compatibility with all other system technology components;
• Utilizes a business process modeling tool to develop "blueprints" for the Conceptual Data Model of the EIM data quality architecture;
• Implements data quality standards that includes naming standards, data quality indicators, data categorization, ETL attribute usage, data consistency and reuse;
• Reviews and validates data quality metrics with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Teach data profiling methods;
• Enable advanced data profiling utilizing IDQ;
• Derive functional requirements from data trends;
• Develop data quality scorecards;

Experience:

• Excellent written communication and meeting facilitation skills;
• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science or equivalent experience;
• 8+ years of project lead;
• 5+ years of experience in data strategy;
• 5+ years of work stream development;
• 5+ years of business process management;
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and concepts required.

Nice to Have:

• Common Oilfield Operation procedures and the processes and procedures utilized to carry out Business Systems;
• MBA preferred (or relevant experience).
