Senior UI/UX Designer

Our Client is a government-owned company operating under the Ministry of Health and working as a key enabler of E-Health innovation in Saudi Arabia. Their objectives are to contribute to transforming the Saudi health ecosystem and elevating the services of the Health Sector by launching sustainable products and activating partnerships between the public and private sectors.

Description:

We're hiring the UX designer to become a part of a great friendly creative and efficient team. We're looking for a specialist to join the design department, not a specific project. You will work in a single creative environment with designers and collaborate with fellow team members, managers, department leaders, and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Pain point discovery using UX /UI creativity; perform the necessary UX research and testing;
• Produce along the whole gamut of UX & UI design: interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, pixel perfect comps etc;
• Partner with digital prototype and minimum viable product development team;
• Present your work; from business colleagues to new users testing your design;
• Passionately advocate on behalf of our users;
• You are constantly thinking of features that better the life of our users and is creative;
• Creates compelling User Interface Designs for a variety of digital technology solutions including Mobile Apps, Mobile Web Sites & Internet of Things;
• Creates exceptional User Experience designs to ensure that clients and customers enjoy an easy and rewarding holistic experience when engaging with a range of digital technology solutions;
• Ensures that all digital technology solutions are designed with the user at the centre.

Requirements:

• 5 years plus experience in applying design and visualization skills applied within a business environment with end users;
• Outstanding Invision, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills, Sketch - nice to have;
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Bootstrap or equivalent framework;
• Experience in designing and iterating on web apps, mobile apps;
• Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communicator;
• Passion for creating experiences in online environments;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in workshops where speed of interaction is critical;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
