On October 4, Syngenta Ukraine opened a Digital Innovation Lab in Kyiv located in the innovation park UNIT.City. 

The lab aims to become the leading platform of the digital agro business that will be able to cover all processes from research to creating sample product versions. The company has implemented 5 similar labs in different countries around the world for the past year and a half. Currently, they successfully operate in the United States, China, India, Singapore and the United Kingdom.

The Digital Innovation Lab in Kyiv is one of the most ambitious projects that will bring new valuable practical experience as well as opportunities for the further development of the entire network of Laboratories.

Responsibilities:

• Producing clear, high-quality documentation for Agile projects (specifically creating user stories.);
• To analyze and deliver detailed business requirements, processes, and functionality which result in the best possible digital products for Syngenta, maximizing the impact of digital across the organization;
• Working closely with the digital experience team and business stakeholders you'll understand and define developments from initial scoping, discovery and documentation of requirements right through to post prototype and minimum viable product review;
• Drives understanding and prioritization of business needs and translates for development teams;
• Plans and facilitates execution of the UAT (continuous), training and business implementation stages.

Requirements:

• Strong, 3-6 years plus experience in IT development with a particular emphasis on agile development utilizing collaborative techniques and agile tools;
• Excellent knowledge of user and business trends and digital development, and a passion for all things digital;
• Working knowledge of project scope documents including but not limited to sitemaps, wireframes, functional and technical specs, and project plans;
• Good agile development experience and a sound ability to collaborate effectively with various technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Excellent communicator and facilitator;
• Experienced user of agile tools;
• Strong processability and understands how to quickly evaluate requirements and convert them into clear process flow to illustrate understanding and gain confidence;
• Will have relevant industry certification in business analysis and agile development;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Versatile, motivated, reliable self-starter with a positive attitude;
• Strong organizational skills required, including good time management skills;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral);
• Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
