Senior Business Analyst

Project Overview:

In cooperation with the leading global provider of maps, traffic and places data enabling navigation, location-based services and mobile advertising around the world, Intellias is looking for skilled Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and strong technical background.

Intellias team is responsible for the full-cycle development of the navigation solution, including specs/RQ analysis, architecture creation, development, E2E testing and integration into the target system.

Responsibilities:

• Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources and timing;
• Break down business requirements to manageable level and translate them into form understandable by development team;
• Ensure documentation about a project is complete and easily available;
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved;
• Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed;
• Facilitate problems/issues resolution throughout project life cycle;
• Ensure team members are productive, push for task completion, identify and remove blockers;
• Ensure high work quality and professionalism, ensure all team members fulfil their assigned responsibilities;
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports; be accountable for project results;
• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders;
• Keep up to date with all technical developments and enhancements across all products.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role (product owner, requirements management or business analysis) in IT companies with solid experience in requirements management and engineering;
• Solid knowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques, project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence);
• Knowledge of and passion for scrum and agile software development methodologies;
• Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills;
• Excellent team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English is required;
• Flexibility to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional environments;
• Sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Would be a plus:

• Experience working in distributed teams;
• Experience with mobile applications;
• Experience in automotive industry.
